2008 Sponsor Information

Barberton Karting Association has several levels of sponsorship available to suit your interests. The following is a summary options available to you.

Series Sponsor $1,500

As Series Sponsor, your business will be advertised in the following areas:

v Signs and Banners: Your business will be prominently advertised with a 4' x 8' billboard sign on the back straight of the track. Additionally, there are three large signs located throughout the Barberton Speedway property, which will include your company name and logo information as the series sponsor of B.K.A. These signs are located next to the track office facing the parking lot, inside the grandstand area on the side of the concession stand, and in the pit area next to the check-in barn. All of these signs are posted throughout the season and can be seen not only by karting fans and racers, but by the stock car crowd as well. Should you choose, a company-supplied banner could also hang on the fence near the starting grid.

v Print Materials: Your business will be listed on all B.K.A. print materials as the season Series Sponsor.

v Web Link: Your business will be provided a link on the Barbertonkarting.org website.

v Pit Passes: Your business will be provided with 14 pit passes to be used during the current racing season.

v Membership: You will hold membership in the Barberton Karting Association.

Event Sponsor $400

As an Event Sponsor, your business will be advertised in the following Areas:

v Signs and Banners: A company-supplied banner may hang on the fence near the starting grid on the event day.

v Print Materials: Your business will be listed on any B.K.A. materials advertising the event you sponsor.

v Web Link: Your business will be provided a link on the Barbertonkarting.org website.

v Pit Passes: Your business will be provided with 10 pit passes to be used on the day of the event you sponsor.

v Awards: Your business will be listed on the awards presented to participants on the day of your event.

Class Sponsor $350

The class you choose to sponsor will be named after your company. As Class Sponsor, your business will be advertised in the following areas:

v Signs and Banners: There are three large signs located throughout the Barberton Speedway property, which will include your company name and logo information as a class series sponsor of B.K.A. v Membership: You will hold membership in the Barberton Karting Association.

Website: Our website address is www.barbertonkarting.org. On it you will find information about our race series. We will proudly display your company name and/or logo on our website as well as establish a link to your company website. We receive hundreds of hits each day and all would see your involvement with the B.K.A.

Printed Materials: Periodic newsletters and print materials are distributed to racers both past and present, and to families interested in becoming members of B.K.A. Your company name will be displayed as a class sponsor on all print materials including, but not limited to schedules, newsletters and brochures. Additionally, a company sponsoring a class would have the opportunity to hand out promotional material of their own at all B.K.A. events through out the year.

Banquets and Awards: At the end of each racing season we have an awards banquet. You will be invited to attend as our guests to share in the accomplishments of our racers and share in the excitement as they receive their awards. Each of the trophies awarded that night for the class you sponsored will have your company name on them. You will be given the opportunity to address the crowd if you so desire.

Class Sponsorship Costs: The cost for the entire season, along with the development of the marketing items proposed herein, will be $350.00. The Barberton Karting Association will cover the cost of the printed materials and signage described above.
