In the event a class is called up that does not have at least six participants, the next class will be used to fill those positions, providing they are of the same type (i.e. oval or road course). Racing will start at Noon, or as soon as the ambulance arrives. The class order for the day will be posted and the first class should come up immediately after the drivers meeting. Kid Kart class will run two 8-lap heat races and one 10-lap feature. Junior classes and 80cc Cadet will run two 8-lap heat races and one 10-lap feature. All other classes will run two 10-lap heats and one 15-lap feature. Classes with fewer then four entries will run whenever possible behind or in front of another class.

Restarts after a yellow or red flag will revert to the most current order of the last completed lap. If no laps have been completed, the field will revert to the original line-up. In either case, the kart(s) causing or directly involved in the incident will be placed at the back of the field. A lap is considered to be complete when all karts on the lead lap have passed the finish line. After the white flag, if a red flag comes out, the race will be considered final at the last completed lap.

If a race is red-flagged or stopped under yellow to realign the field, all work on the kart is prohibited unless the race director declares a complete restart or allows repairs for safety reasons. A complete restart occurs when the field has not completed a lap under green flag conditions. The race director may disqualify a damaged kart for safety reasons. Every effort will be made by course workers to return junior classes to the race.

The grid area is designated for driver and (1) crew member to assist the driver in getting started for a race or practice. Other "crew members" may stand by the fence to watch the races, but need to stay clear of driving area of the grid. Karts will line up on the grid according to their starting positions and must enter the track in that order. All karts are expected to leave the grid area when directed be the Grid Official. In the event of a stalled kart, you will have 90 seconds to get the kart running and onto the track surface. The 90 second will begin as soon as the rest of the field has left the grid and entered the track.

Event format is a blind draw for starting positions in the first heat. The second heat will run in an inverted order from the first heat. Points earned in heats only will determine the starting position for the feature race. Tie breaker for heat points will be previous blind draw. Feature finish points are used for year-end awards.

Rain Policy: A race day will be in effect once registration opens and practice begins. All racers who are present and have paid an entry fee will receive first place points (200 plus number of karts entered in that class). If heat races start and ALL classes have completed the first heat, the points will be awarded on finishing order of the first heat race. If one heat has been completed by all classes and only some have completed the second, the finishes will go on a class by class basis. If your class got in both heat races you will be awarded points based on your feature line-up. The other classes will be based on first heat finishes. Likewise, if only some classes finished their features, of course points will be awarded off the feature finish and classes not completing their feature will be awarded points based on feature line-up. A driver must be present and have his or her kart pass Pre-Race Inspection and be registered for their class in order to receive rain out points.

Standard laps for each class have been set. These may change at any time to accommodate late days or rain shortened days. It may be necessary to go directly to feature races, then starting line up will be according to season points. New drivers that do not have points will set by pill draw.

Eye protection is required using a full face shield integral with the helmet. Failure to comply may result in disqualification.
